Sparrow PMC provided Project Management Consultancy services for the Westside store at SRTC Kamla Nagar, Agra, Uttar Pradesh. Spanning an impressive 23,825 sq. ft., the project was executed from 13th October 2025 to 4th June 2026, ensuring the successful delivery and launch of one of the region’s large-format fashion retail stores.

As the Project Management Consultant, Sparrow PMC was responsible for end-to-end planning, scheduling, coordination, execution monitoring, and quality management throughout the project lifecycle. Our team collaborated closely with the client, consultants, contractors, vendors, and local stakeholders to ensure seamless execution while maintaining strict control over timelines, quality standards, and project milestones.

The project involved supervision and coordination of civil works, structural modifications, MEP installations, flooring, ceilings, retail fixtures, trial rooms, escalator and lift interface coordination, signage, visual merchandising elements, and final finishing works. Continuous site monitoring, milestone tracking, quality inspections, risk management, and snag closure activities ensured that every stage of the project progressed efficiently and in compliance with Westside’s retail standards.

Managing a large-format retail store required meticulous coordination across multiple work packages and stakeholders.
