Sparrow Shopfits Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Project Engineers (PMCs) for Interior Fit-Out and MEP projects in commercial, retail, and residential sectors. We’re looking for professionals who have worked on retail projects like Zudio, Reliance, or similar high-profile brands. Join us to contribute to luxury retail construction and design projects across India.

Eligibility Criteria:

* Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
* Experience: 1–5 years in Interior Fit-Out and MEP
* Preferred: Experience with retail projects like Zudio, Reliance, or similar
* Technical Skills: Knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting systems, and Civil Interior design
* Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
* Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations
* Personal laptop required

Responsibilities:

* Supervise and manage site execution for Interior Fit-Out and MEP services
* Coordinate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
* Ensure quality standards and project timelines are met
* Prepare daily progress reports and GRNs
* Troubleshoot site-related issues and provide technical guidance

Important Note:

Prior experience in retail interior fit-out and MEP projects is essential. Applications without this experience will not be considered.
