Sparrow PMC provided Project Management Consultancy services for the Burnt Toast restaurant at ANSA City Centre Mall, Ghaziabad. Spread across 2,207 sq. ft., the project commenced on 16th March and was successfully completed in time for the grand opening on 4th June.

Our team was responsible for planning, scheduling, coordination, progress monitoring, and execution oversight throughout the project. Working closely with contractors, vendors, consultants, mall management, and the client team, we ensured that every stage of the fit-out progressed smoothly and according to schedule.

The project included supervision of civil works, MEP services, kitchen installations, furniture and fixture placement, finishing works, branding implementation, and compliance-related activities. Regular site reviews, quality inspections, and snag closure tracking helped maintain the desired quality standards and project timelines.
